We built them a new website that is strong on vibrance (they are a colour matching body shop after all so colour is the key) along with a gallery showing some examples of the car body repair work. The website of course works across all platforms and has built-in WhatsApp chat .. for modern communications WhatsApp integration is critical – pretty much everyone with a smart phone is using WhatsApp.
We designed the website to have contact points all around, so wherever a visitor is there is an easy to see contact point. We found during research that no one has any time anymore so once a visitor decides they would like to contact Autotec Stoke it has to be easy and with few clicks. So we built contact points in the top header, in the navigation menu, in the footer, in the contact page, and a floating WhatsApp button. Striking a balance between being useful and too much is a careful craft as we don’t want to bombard the visitor .. just make it easy.
