The Windows4You Team came to Cybernautix with a great brief!

They tasked us with copywriting, designing and developing a website that would reach potential new customers, reflect the company’s size and professionalism and most importantly, make it easy for visitors to understand the range of services available from Windows4You through bold imagery and clear navigation.

The challenge.

The main goal for this development was to increase the amount of visitors making enquiries. The message they needed to get across was value & quality, doors, windows and blinds can be a big investment and homeowners want to know that the company they’re choosing is reliable, provides good value for money and a high quality service and product.

The solution.

Using the company’s catalogue of completed work we built the design around images of doors, windows and blinds showing the wide range of styles available to Windows4You customers. The main call to action would be to get in touch for a free quote, so we started at the top – with a floating header that provides a continuously easy to find form allowing users to provide their contact details & requirements so that the Windows4You team can arrange a convenient time to come along and measure up in order to provide a tailored quote.

We made navigation an easy to follow process, providing visitors with 3 main options on the homepage, reflecting the 3 main services offered by Windows4You. Once a visitor has chosen one of those, it’s still clear how to view the rest of their services using the main menu in the floating header, and at any point that free quote form is there ready to take a new enquiry. The Directors of Windows4You were great to work with, they were happy to take our guidance on what works and they had lots of technical information and imagery to provide to make the website a really useful starting point for homeowners looking for their first new front door or professionally fitted windows & blinds.
